1 using home computer.  cannot access programs pop come not admisitrator , have 1 choice close program.  eg  tried download adobe

hi anne,

can disable user account control (uac) settings , install program in administrative mode.
that, press windows + x key on keyboard, select control panel. click user accounts, , click user accounts again, select change user account control settings. set never notify, , click ok.

can temporarily security software (anti-virus).

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
