whenever I sign in get a preparing windows message ,so gives temporary - Microsoft Community


each time login on laptop there message saying preparing windows , gives me temporary file, unable access files fie history turned off , try have been unable switch on, says there fault @ 0x80070426, ideas appreciated, thank you, john

for isolate issue, need ask few questions:

  1. what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  2. since when experiencing issue?
  3. any recent changes made prior issue?
  4. can possibly send screenshot?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
