windows10 not loading/ - Microsoft Community


my computer not load start mode have tried advance  options available  begging system diagnose

auto repair reply of [windows not loading  incorrect starting], ran restore date when operating ok no help

i ran disk restore not complete , details reply ; system restore failed extract files ;

a box print out message  [c;\windows  details [the restore point damaged or deleted during

the restore ]  need know else have system file created when purchased computer if install

help problem  thank ******* @******.com

hi,

there several reasons why experiencing problem , that's going figure out. type of issue happens when there's hardware failure or software change made on computer prior concern. before proceed troubleshooting steps, know more concern. kindly answer questions below:

  • did make changes on computer before encountered issue?
  • are getting error messages when trying boot computer in windows? if so, can send screenshot?

in meantime, suggest click link , follow instruction provided under use recovery drive restore or recover pc. once done, kindly check if still experience same issue.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
