account name - Microsoft Community


microsoft put 1st name on account isn't mine.  i've been able change skype , other uses, can't change account name.  when boot computer (windows 10), i'm welcomed wrong name; , when go account see wrong name.  when edit name option, correct name there; account name still wrong.

seems have tried other option of changing account name. assist concern, know if have tried creating new account check if experience same. 1 of reasons be, account might corrupted. may refer thread additional information on how issue resolved.

do update whenever need further assistance.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
