every time starting surface pro 3 asking (very long) code bit recovery key.  i total novice computer programming , computers in general; can me through , talk me (computer) idiot!?  thanks in advance!

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
