Direct x 11 banner across my screen. - Microsoft Community

when play 2 games on steam annoying direct x 11 banner across top of entire screen.  i cannot access pointer rid of it.  can please me remove it?

it possible issue caused game itself. game may need higher version of directx or there may bugs on game. better assistance, suggest contacting steam support.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
