by phone/linkt technician entered pc,& said ourtime account hacked in nigeria.

my messages email have stopped, tried accessing account via website.

-but faq.

based on description, looks trying recover account third party website. best if in touch support team of website. way can provide best resolution recover account hacked.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
