Win 10 snipping tool snips image before I release the mouse button - Microsoft Community

windows 10 snipping tool grabs screen image before have completed selection , released mouse button.  the premature "snip" seems related area of image attempt capture; it works fine until grab little larger area, automatically snips image even while still depressing mouse button.  didn't used this.  has changed?

it should capture image once release mouse button.

for initial troubleshooting, may perform sfc scan following steps on link.
