Windows 10: Bad System Config info - Microsoft Community


i upgraded windows 10 windows 7 last year , have had problems on , off since. morning started booted , received message (paraphrased): diagnosing system ->fixing  windows-> scanning disk->fixing disk (for half hour) computer tried boot , received blue screen , bad system config info. boots blue screen , error message. has disk failed? i'm typing on computer. appreciated. don

for narrow down issue , find out root cause, please answer following questions:

  • have made recent changes computer prior issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
  • does computer have latest windows update?
  • can send screenshot of error message?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
