howdy can answer why photoshop comes on screen small surface pro ? resoultuon issue or else have cs4 , yes know out dated there fix  i told changing screen 8 bit configure havent done yet want able use stylist program need purchase more updated program cs5 or 6 or photoshop ink not sure

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
