windows 10 wont boot from cd tried recovery and media dell inspirion - Microsoft Community


can recovery screen cant use password

running windows 10 home only

only command prompt can on blue screen

tried changing bios read dvd tried making copies of disk

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
