Windows wont start, repair, not even able to restor to the factory - Microsoft Community

hi, 

i have hpxw 4600 workstation. quite old still business.

it made have 4 screens connected, use work.

back 6 months ago, or longer, windows 10 got updated automatically, always, , since then, 2 our of 4 screens stopped working.

it nvidia quatro 720 something.

i have 2 graphic cards installed @ pc.

since update, nvidia stopped working , used 2 screens, tried countless repairs, uninstalls, reboots etc.

but nothing helped. in december 2016, 1 day pc asked update,  so did , believe or not, 4 screens lighted up, until realised begining of problem.

so, looked nvidia driver updated, didn't allow start pc. 

i playing whole day , thing able do, bring pc stage before update.

so had again, 2 screens. went on christmas break , on return today, checked if there update windows required , saw nvidia again wasn't updated, plus error number.

so went online, read discussion , installed latest nvidia software graphic card.

since installed it, @ 10.30am (now 5pm), trying reboot system, restore manufacture setting, , nothing works,  i can't start pc. ever did - restore manufacture, return last saved point, repair , name list, says, can't done.

so, not update 6 months ago, put 1 of graphic card out of order, today, whole pc wont start.

it looks have take service repair...

i not expert on pc, not able programing or changing of spec. user!

when start pc, windows logo appears , thinking circle starts , running around hours , hours.

sometimes, when unplug pc, manage in mode, can try recover pc,but every 5-6th reboot.

one of errors appeared on screens - 0x800703f1 , second d:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt

i once managed open windows in safe mode , 1 screen worked, can in safe mode? neither network or internet worked.

it kept asking me reboot pc internet , begining, wathing dots running in circle :(

to fix concern, let start pc in safe mode in windows 10.  

there 2 versions of safe mode: safe mode and safe mode networking. they're quite similar, safe mode networking includes network drivers , services you'll need access internet , other computers on network, kindly start pc in mode. 

once pc on safe mode, update drivers , run windows update troubleshooter.
