Acer Aspire E 15 shut down problem - Microsoft Community


hello everyone, have acer aspire e 15 laptop bought year ago. i'm encountering problem regarding shut down. while go start , click shut down or restart button. laptop not shut down or restart. please suggest me effective solutions regarding problem possible.

to provide best solution, we'd know more concern. can answer following questions:

  • when did issue occur?
  • what last task did?
  • which version of windows 10 pc running?
  • have tried doing hard shut down?

in meantime, can run power troubleshooter following these steps:

  1. type "troubleshoot" on search bar, open troubleshooting.
  2. go system , security.
  3. choose power, run troubleshooter.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
