change owner - Microsoft Community


have used computer , want delete previous administrator/owner, nothing seems work

we recommend have @ least 1 administrator account in windows before deleting previous administrator account.

meanwhile, found article can concern. suggest following steps provided kiran kishore on thread. guide on how create new admin account , delete previous admin account.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
