this problem has found since changed disk (not os disk, used image copy data new device).
here computer information:
problem: driver power state failure when shutdown (not every time)
os: windows 10
driver: windows auto update

these crashes related memory corruption (probably caused driver).
please run these 2 tests verify memory , find driver causing problem. please run verifier first. not need run memtest yet unless verifier not find cause, or want to.
if over-clocking reset default before running these tests.
in other words stop!!! if not know means not
