Family Member cannot logon to Windows 10 - Microsoft Community


know issue on windows 10 see lots of users encountered same issue. fixes suggested other communities not helpful. added family member (microsoft account) , not able logon @ all. gives user profile cannot loaded error. i believe there has fix microsoft.

there different causes may bring error on computer. guide better in resolving issue, please answer following questions:

  • is administrator account 1 having error?
  • did happen after installing updates?
  • what suggestions have tried?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
