Frequent notification from Malwarebytes regarding - Microsoft Community


notification lists varying ip address.  yet when check potential caught intrusions, doesn't appear on list.  also, when "x" out, reappears 3 more times before stops popping up.  happens @ least 3-4 times week!  tried google couldn't grasp various comments , solutions included steps either delete file or fix potential damage file.  of sites show above string forward slashes , others have backward type??  i'm reluctant exclude file further checking malwarebytes until know won't cause other problems.

this error occurs when computer having 2 different antivirus software. resolve this, suggest uninstall antivirus software have on computer. then, switch off windows firewall following steps on link: turn windows firewall on or off. after that, kindly reinstall antivirus.

let know if resolves issue.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
