initialization error 0x800b0109 - Microsoft Community


tried wake computer morning , noticed sign on page asked password rather pin. signed on , got error 0x800b0109. neither chrome nor internet explorer wont work. windows troubleshooter wont work. can help?

we appreciate earnest effort reach out microsoft community. understand unable log in pc windows 10 pc asked password instead of pin have set. sorted, kindly answer questions below.

  • since have mentioned trying sign in pc, may verify if trying log in pc using microsoft account?
  • it mentioned in post can neither sign in through internet explorer nor through chrome, may know if trying access email?
  • is sign in page referred post pertains account sign in page of email?
  • what changes made prior issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done in attempt resolve issue?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
