New user account login profile load error - Microsoft Community


i've seen post before , have tried previous recommended fixes. i'm using new laptop (less year old) , have set new accounts on behave properly. there no folder under users folder, , no resulting entry in registry. issue new user (local guest without microsoft account or 1 made has one) first login generates profile service cannot load profile issue.

for better know concern, we'd ask information.

1. when did issue occur?

2. did make changes in computer prior issue?

3. happening new user account created?

4. troubleshooting steps have done far fix issue?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
