Random dim noise/hiss when wearing headphones - Microsoft Community


i have first noticed issue 2 years ago, on windows 7, reported hp couldn't ignored it. upgraded newer pc came windows 10, noticed again, same dim white noise comes randomly if volume level muted, high or low. lasts form 10  seconds, , 2 minutes. spoke hp again , couldn't find solution it.

i have hp pavilion gaming notebook - 15-ak113na windows 10 - home 64 bit, i7, 8gb ram, , realtek high definition audio b&o.

i have tried basic steps resolves this. uninstalling , using generic windows sound, full system reset, muted microphone , disabled it, windows sound test , troubleshooter, ticking , unticking 2 box under exclusive mode in advanced section in sound properties, tested on google chrome, internet explorer , edge.

anybody else have issue well, or me? fix?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
