i have laptop dell 15 inspiron 3000 series win 10.the owner experienced change here microsoft account , password. right know shows gmail account sign in. know how recover microsoft account , reset pswd.it says go account.live.com.can help? thank you

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
