Recycle Bin Access/& Icons - Microsoft Community


cannot access recycle bin nor icon on start screen or task bar.  have tried going settings>themes>desktop icon settings restore it, however, far nothing has worked. using hp pavilion dv7 laptop. windows 7 installed upgraded windows 10. since recent update thereto, hdmi jack/port quit working (can't picture stream flat screen) , no recycle bin access. suggestions on how fix this?

to resolve concern, suggest uninstall 1 of antivirus applications. running 2 antivirus applications may cause conflict on system may slow down computer when opening programs or applications.

dear all, lately i've found folder in both c: , d:, named $av_asw. inside there vault folder , within folder, db file can't open notepad or ms access. idea on this? i've tried googling gave me avast instead, however, i've used avast more 3 years now, no such file exist before. virus or bug or malware or whatever? please advice. thanks! what name of file? sounds avasts vault put potentially unwanted or infected files prevent them doing harm.
