windows 10 has been installed on desktop long time , morning blue screen error: system thread exception not handled

what happened , how fix this?

ctoss2k.sys .sys file developed creative technologies ltd. have existing, or installed, ctoss2k.sys-associated programs (e.g. sound blaster audigy 2)? if yes, try uninstall/reinstall program , check if if resolves issue.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
