Windows 10 BSOD - Microsoft Community


i have had numerous occurrences of bsod on dell xps8900 windows 10 , have no idea causing it. started in november 2016.

 i have copied critical events in excel file , critical events data in an excel file, msinf32 data file, , of dump files onedrive public folder - https://1drv.ms/f/s!aiy_jyzglrsjac_zm8ntlsi0tlc.

i computer literate not proficient in diagnosing computer issues.

these crashes related memory corruption (probably caused driver).

please run these 2 tests verify memory , find driver causing problem.  please run verifier first.  you not need run memtest yet unless verifier does not find cause, or want to.



if are over-clocking anything reset default before running these tests.
in other words stop!!!  if not know means not

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
