Windows 10 v1703 / Creators Update Issue - Microsoft Community

good day!

i'm new windows 10. got hands on last year when bought pc.

so far, performance good. running smoothly.

but changed when creators update (v1703) introduced.

as usual, made sure apps updated before updating pc.

after automatic update v1703, pc began show problems.

my windows directory / explorer keeps on freezing, crashes few moments later. it's happening quite few times, resulting frequent app resets.

everytime open apps (like chrome, games), windows explorer keeps on crashing.

before v1703 update, don't encounter problem.

i don't see issues drivers.

here specs of pc:

-windows 10 home single language 64-bit; os build 15063.296

-system model: acer aspire f5-537g

-processor: intel core i5-6200u @2.3ghz, 4cpus

-ram: 4gb ddr4

-gpu: nvidia geforce 940mx 2gb

i'm not sure if because of creators update.

we cannot imagine how frustrating situation be. there several reasons why device may experience performance issue. let's narrow down assist better. let's find out program use cpu most. press windows key + x , select task manager. click more details , observe processes and performance tab.

you may try roll display adapter drivers , check if make difference. go device manager > display adapter > right-click > properties > driver > roll driver.

please advise necessary.
