Windows loading screen - Microsoft Community

whenever turn on computer see windows logo , loading circle nothing happens. i've tried 1 option try , use automatic diagnostic fix problem, whenever asks me choose keyboard layout mouse , keyboard stop working. have no clue , appreciated.
