After Windows startup no response, reboot needed if lucky - Microsoft Community


why highly paid programmers working on superficial issues when ever 1 having none responsive windows after comes issue. has been going on more year.

  • are able reach desktop or app list during startup?
  • do receive error message? if yes, exact error message receive?
  • have made recent software or hardware changes on computer?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
