Family Feature Blocking Chrome - Microsoft Community


i have never signed 'family safety' or 'family feature' program on microsoft account lately have no access chrome or firefox. day have no child or parent connected account yet every time try open chrome or firefox goes microsoft family feature, asks me send email parent. once click on it, says "something wrong" , gives me trace id. using windows 10 desktop logged microsoft account. above age restrictions, of not require parent monitoring me.

a firewall or antivirus program can prevent launching browser.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
