IP Address being Compromised - Microsoft Community


microsoft,

got numerous call on last year agency (now know hisak llc) stating ip address compromised , causing others on internet computers crash. liable (possible lawsuits) on 30 clients trying gain access , spams being sent ip address.

don’t quite know how possible, allow them access computer. visited netstat, msconfig, , show unfamiliar potential foreign address required cleaning up. there (4) things stood out: torpig trojan found, ms applications corrupted, computer @ high risk, , banking @ high risk. naturally wanted these things fixed. later revealed cost (1) system @ $499.99 repairs. later contact isp , not verify ip address compromised.

anyway, after 20 minutes showed apparent changes, loaded a: citrix online launcher, banking protection shortcut, email protection short cut, firewall protector , few other things. after installation plan discussed cost $499.99 per system or 1999.99 unlimited/lifetime discounts available. got few discounts.

the company waiting me mail them check in amount of $1649.99 lifetime network firewall support , support additional devices on network via *** email address removed privacy ***. wanted check number/account number/banking routing number initiate process.

the more think it, seems scam. concern how clear off may have installed on pc’s (to include desktop , laptop)?

please advise on should do.

it scam. sure of clearing should clean install windows.

you can use media creation tool ms http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10. should create usb installation media , boot usb. use custom install , delete windows partitions, activation automatic don't need enter key. (don't forget backup personal files)

i don't think should pay anything.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
