contacted phone call computer windows 10 has been attached outside us.  tried sell me tier 4 malware cleaning software.  scam ? phone number is  303-514-6709.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
