you may create shortcut printer doing following steps:

  1. click start, click settings > devices > devices , printers.
  2. right-click printer device.
  3. click create shortcut, or may drag towards desktop.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
