don't want have use password start computer.  there user has trouble remembering passwords.   if uninstall skype solve problem?

to log w10 without needing password, see article - http://www.howto-connect.com/start-windows-10-without-password/  ( should need first bit believe, not reg edit section. if use reg edit section, set restore point first. )

note security warnings etc, esp if share pc.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
