hello,

i have exact problem being described above. auto update, did not complete days because required me shutdown or restart complete update, eventually, had low battery , shutdown tablet. after charging tablet refused start power button not working. have tried solutions suggested above none has worked far. frustrating.

  • did see light indicator when tried charging tablet?
  • have tried turn on tablet while charger connected?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
