Why are the changes made in gpedit.msc being enforced on the admin - Microsoft Community


hello all

i on computer upgraded windows 7 windows 10.

after total restart, existing files removed, creating user account , editing permissions etc in gpedit.msc admin account.

though it's not supposed to, changes making being enforced on admin account.

why?

how fix?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
