Windows 10 can't open store, explorer hanging up can't reset - Microsoft Community


ok, noticed week or ago laptop having issues. hanging , freezing when i'd browse through personal files. realized cannot open windows app store or access apps. hangup windows explorer increasingly worse , can't task manager open half time close unresponsive windows without freezing forces me manually reboot anywhere. noticed cpu spikes 100% when happens on occasion can task manager open. i've been running windows 10 18 months no issues till i'm not sure has changed.

i've tried bunch of different things no avail. im  lucky able control panel without freezing up. laptop got in june of '15 8.1 default. upgraded 10 got it. 

basically i'm @ loss @ point. cant clean reset ends error midway through..could use ideas going on. :\

have kept updates?

do have 3rd party antivirus, security, malware software installed?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
