Windows 10 domain users start menu not working - Microsoft Community


hi,

having major problems windows 10 start menu domain users.
has happened on 2 different devices. have tried several different images including 1 downloaded , created media creation tool, should date. no matter however, log on domain user start menu doesn't react @ all.
local  accounts fine, created new local account , works no problem, it's domain accounts won't work.
i've come across  several posts in people have had same problem , of time reinstalled windows , fine again, saw people able resolve issue turning on firewall before adding computer domain.
i've tried of these things , nothing has helped.
said  have reinstalled windows various different images 10 times now.
tried copying windows.immersivecontrolpanel_cw5n1h2txyewy working userprofile 1 start menu not work didn't either.
got other suggestions?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
