Windows 10 startup error - Microsoft Community


when hit force reset button on pc, didn't start  correctly , it's stuck on spinning dots. fell restore point , when started blue screened , i'm stuck on spinning dots again. tips?

to resolve issue, let's use startup repair windows recovery environment. after 3 failed boot attempts, windows goes recovery mode. blue-colored screen title choose option. repair, follow steps below:

  1. use power button restart computer 3 times. start windows recovery environment.
  2. on choose option screen, select troubleshoot > advanced options > startup repair.

if issue persists, suggest start pc in safe mode. safe mode starts windows in basic state, using limited set of files , drivers. can troubleshoot problems on pc. to start in safe mode, follow steps below:

  1. on choose option screen, select troubleshoot > advanced options > startup settings > restart.
  2. after pc restarts, you'll see list of options. select 5 or f5 safe mode networking.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
