Windows not moving to the front, Windows 10 - Microsoft Community


i have windows 10 home edition , windows no longer come front when clicked on. have found posts none show resolution. can sporadic. have made sure computer cleaned of viruses , malware.

this may happen if there issues regarding system files on pc. when windows not updated or when there corrupted or missing system files, functions or features may not work properly. please answer questions can guide better in resolving problem:

  • did start after installing updates on pc?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
