Windows Stopped working - Microsoft Community


out of blue yesterday laptop stopped working. 

it first had error in left corner saying "the application not responding, program may respond again if wait" 

it end process on own cause couldnt click , refresh home screen no difference.

today started getting second error in right hand corner says "you need fix microsoft account apps on other devices  able launch apps continue experiences on device"

we have xbox , skype on couple kindles. ive checked both , see no issues/updates/concerns. 

the thing works on laptop mouse. can move around wont let me click on anything.

suggestions?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
