after clicking on link in action center opened:

after verification of microsoft account password opened:

the action center settings message with:  "you need fix microsoft account apps on other devices able launch apps , continue experiences on device" not indicate or specify question or answer needs modified within change privacy options.

how come action center message not indicate question or answer needs changed satisfy action center trigger?
