Administrator account - Microsoft Community

i'll give short version, need delete user account computer, have been using since booted first time. made user correct microsoft account, , made administrator account. upon signing account realized had no access files on other account, plan on deleting. there way make both accounts have access same files, such music, photos, etc.. , have same settings , apps? sorry if sound confusing. question understandable.

in forum regularly deal questions users 1 , admin account went bad. in same position has single house key no spare key. risks obvious, hence having spare admin account excellent idea. if delete old admin account might come regret it.
