Can't change desktop icons - Microsoft Community


yesterday reason desktop icons , taskbar icons disappeared (the text labels still visible, though). tried kinds of different fixes 4 hours , decided better reinstall windows 10. computer like... less 3 months old that's ridiculous. anyways, digress.

want add computer , control panel desktop, way i've done on every windows machine i've ever owned, including one. reason, gives me error , says can't it.

be sure follow clean install windows 10 best install of windows 1 can have if stick steps, tools , methods given.

to add system links desktop go start>settings (gear)>personalization>themes>desktop icon settings select them.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
