Empty Desktop - Microsoft Community


dear sirs,
win10 @ startup when account not show desktop. screen visible mouse pointer, , background totally black, there no taskbar. possible enter in windows explorer using ctrl + alt + del manager of task.
how restore desktop?

let's startup repair , see if can diagnose issue. press , hold power button until shuts down. turn on computer , in middle of boot process, press , hold power button interrupt it. may have repeat 2 or 3 times until see please wait message on screen.

this trigger advanced startup in windows, select see advanced repair options. advanced startup screen, click troubleshoot > advanced options > startup repair.

let know how goes.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
