also when turn pc on runs totally normal. when should login on local or microsoft account. doesn't show profile, keyboard language, wifi, settings , turn off. should do, please me.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
