Start Menu and Mouse Scroll Wheel - Microsoft Community


so, has never worked right way in version of windows 10 , still not work way should.  when click on start menu , move mouse cursor on alphabetical list of mix of folders , icons (which annoys me no end can't organize except alphabetically) scroll wheel on mouse nothing until click in empty area of start menu.  should happen: click on start menu , can @ least scroll through items without having click twice within start menu able scroll.  might seem little annoyance after 2 major updates little thing hasn't been fixed?

there possibility issue due programs interfering background. isolate issue, kindly verify following:

  • what troubleshooting steps have done fix issue?
  • have tried performing clean boot eliminate software conflicts?
  • run system file checker check file corruption.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
