Taskbar is flickering randomly - Microsoft Community


task bar has been flickering no reason. isn't constant flicker either it's more periodically it'll flick when update graphics drivers (whenever update graphics drivers it'll make screen flicker) it's taskbar needs load programs on taskbar or , flickers. like half task bar go black , other apps on task bar reappear , that's when flicker happens. graphics drivers date nothing out of date drivers don't know why happening. isn't cpu usage either i'm using 6%-10% of cpu @ 1 time due having apps , malwarebytes , kaspersky running in background.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
