Windows 10 1607 anniversary update freeze every now and then. - Microsoft Community


windows freeze , then.  unfreeze.  app may not closed or open ,  mouse pointer flickering. had resort repeated clicking before app close.  word 2016 freeze in editing, can be closed repeated clicking x button.  happens recently.  can 1 help? it is annoying when keep losing edited word document , have edit several times or first check mouse not flickering, when saving , closing app can performed.

post note:

after latest update.  windows seems have righted itself.  no more freezing,  mouse pointer stable, apps on desktop can launched, word 2016 functioning normally. 

i did not perform 1 of suggested actions.

   2. did computer come pre-installed windows 10? or upgraded version?

well, there's more. computer needs ability run windows 10. can manufacturer' website know windows 10 can installed on system. like this, 

but, said if computer can run windows 8 can run windows 10 too. think computer enough run windows 10.

 

in case, make sure windows installation drive has enough space left. had same issue when upgraded windows anniversary update. noticed windows installation drive' space running out (i didn't care) . then i noticed that google chrome black page problem when tried start it. system had been slow. noticed @ windows installation drive, added little more space it. since then, works fine. know, windows resource hungry operating system. need enough space , ram flawless. me, still have 35 gigabytes free. 

i not saying have same, can add more space 10 15 gigabytes. in case, use those heavyweight software android studio, visual studio, adobe premier, photoshop etc. need more spacious.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
