[Windows 10] Can't update pc or clean my pc. - Microsoft Community


hello, can't update windows because virus blocking , disabling windows defender.

i cannot delete virus because stop windows defender deleting them. everytime shutdown pc asks update, let update. after update done pc restarts , open windows correctly. when want shut down again ask me again update it, , on.

can please me.

what virus do? like, all disable windows defender , prevent you from updating or does more?

if answer yes (or no, doesn't matter) suggest installing a third-party anti-virus, performing full-system scan, have quarantine or delete you're virus, uninstall it. of course, if you are satisfied anti-virus, don't uninstall it, if you prefer windows defender uninstall it.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
