Windows 10; Desktop Icons & Text much too Small - Microsoft Community


please tell me not so!

pc completed windows10 1703 update.  prior version 1607 there user setting ....right click desktop\display\a setting customoze desktop icons , text size.  there 6 8 individual settings change make selected icons\text larger.  default setting 9; set 11.  these setting adjusted system settings text in outlook folder list , dropdown menus when click right on desktop dropdown menu opens....the menu text small.  i unable find setting in new 1703 install , doing research found articles advises microsoft removed these desktop icon\text setting?  suggested method adjust them larger s complicated registry entries (and not sure tackle it).  no way....if why remove this?   surely there must easy way make adjustments.....not has "young" eyes.  

the desktop icons , text on desktop 1703 installed small me.  please tell me either have failed find setting adjust desktop icons\text size did in prior windows versions, or, there easier way them larger without having registry.

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
