Windows 10 file explorer - Microsoft Community


have 3 computers running windows 10. 1  asus maximus vi extreme  a asus crosshair v formula-z  asus p5kpro  and file explorer keeps opening itself. when close file explorer go desktop blank screen.  causing me ctrl alt del can enter task manager restart computer. keeps happening randomly. have searched on line , have seen problems file explorer crashing not problem having. ideas on going on here?

we suggest perform clean boot, determine application or service causes issue. perform it, check out: clean boot.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
